And Xbox One can be controlled using the Xbox integration.Īny ideas for home assistant cards that are clean and simple. My Pioneer AVR can be controlled using the Onkyo integration (already tested this). Shield and Bravia TV can be controlled using ADB if nothing else. The rest of my devices I believe can be controlled just fine using IP control. For this device I want to have full control as if I am using a gamepad or media remote. This is the only functionality I care about for this device (although there are other functions on the DVD remote, I don't think they serve much purpose in 2021).Ĭontrolling the Xbox 360 is also important. ![]() So I used Harmony and made a custom power on sequence. My original Xbox is modded with a built in IR receiver and can be powered on/off using the 0/5 buttons on the DVD remote. While this may work for many people it won't allow me to control some of my legacy devices (especially my original Xbox and Xbox 360). With the somewhat recent news of Logitech discontinuing the Harmony line, I have been thinking of how to fully replace this using HomeAssistant. ![]()
